Our Gas Furnace Maintenance Plan Includes
- Clean and inspect all components.
- Test amp draw on motors.
- Test capacitors.
- Change filter. (Does not include 4 inch filters or Aprilaire filters)
- Remove debris from burner compartment.
- Clean flame sensor.
- Check Flue vent limit switch.
- Test for carbon.
- Test output temperature.
- Inspect blower wheel cage and fan.*
90+% Gas Furnace will also include:
- Check pressure switch tubing for excessive water.
- Clear condensate drains.
- Check for condensate leaks on all connections.
*Deep cleaning of blower wheel cage & fan will be at an additional cost.

- Test refrigerant only if needed.
- Inspect blower wheel cage and fan.*

Our Indoor Air handler for Heat Pump & Outdoor Heat Pump Plan Includes
- Clean and inspect all components.

- Test output temperature.
- Check evaporator coil drain pan for excessive water.

Outdoor Heat Pump:
- Clean and inspect all components.
- Remove debris from outside unit.
- Wipe down fan blades.
- Wash down outside unit coil.
- Inspect indoor units coil.
- Test amp draw from compressor and fan motor.
- Test electrical contactor.
- Check operation of reversing valve.
- Test output temperature.
- Inspect for refrigerant leaks.
- Test refrigerant only if needed.
